Heaven - Our Future Home

 "Heaven - Our Future Home" was written for believers who are born again, those of us who call on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins and life, life now and forever in Jesus name. Our heavenly Father gives us all things when we walk with and call on Jesus, abundant life here and now, glorious eternal life in heaven with all who believe in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God our Father. We read throughout the Bible that God is compassionate, that He loves His children (us), that He is gracious, merciful, longsuffering, kind, and abounding in goodness and truth, and He is faithful to us. God wishes that none should perish, but that all repent and receive the free gift of grace He offers to all mankind through His Son Jesus. We also read in the Bible that God is a just God.

If you are reading this and are not sure about your relationship with God it can be easily and quickly changed. All you have to do is believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God, that He came to earth born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life and gave His life as a sacrifice to God for the sins of mankind (you and me), that He died on the cross, rose from the dead three days later defeating sin, satan and death, and ascended to heaven where He sits at the right hand of God our Father makining intersessions for us - His believers. The Bible - the Word of God teaches this, and if you believe this in your heart and pray to God; that you repent (turn away from sin) and receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior; if you believe this in your heart the Bible says you will be saved.

1) Garden of Eden

         - In the Beginning Man and Woman Walked With God in the Garden

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, Let there be light; and there was light.

2) The Fall of Mankind and the Return

So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

3) God Has Given Us Eternal Life

                The New Jerusalem

20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.
21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
                The Glory of the New Jerusalem
22 But I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
23 The city had no need of the sun or of the moon to shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it. The Lamb is its light.
24 And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.
25 Its gates shall not be shut at all by day (there shall be no night there).
26 And they shall bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it.
27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lambs Book of Life.

                The River of Life
1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

7 Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.
8 Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
9 Then he said to me, See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.

                A Warning
18 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book;
